National High School Coaches Association (NHSCA) developed a special website to assist all high school student athletes that are planning to attend college and possibly continue their athletic career. The website is free and has everything the student athlete needs to know from start to finish. The website addresses admissions procedures, financial aid, required state and federal forms, work study jobs, different types of scholarships, as well as NCAA Eligibility Center and required forms, NCAA recruiting rules, NCAA compliance, etc. There are also many tips that will assist the student athlete in dealing with college visits.
NHSCA realizes the burden of guiding the student athlete through this process falls on high school athletic directors, guidance counselors, principals, or coaches.
